Immortalised in Art

So my awesome artist friend Kristin Wilkinson did a portrait of me for her Digital Imaging class.


She's an amazing artist, you should all go check out her stuff. I think my favourite part of this is my hair. I was totally having a bad hair day that day, but this makes me feel a whole lot better about it.

And if anyone asks, I totally sat for her for like a million hours for this.

By the way, since all of these pictures, I have dyed my hair dark brown and cut it, so I should post some photos of that soon.

Spring Shopping Oufit

This is an outfit that I wore out shopping with my mother a while ago. It was... three weeks ago, maybe? A month? I was taking a break from working on essays and I still had a boyfriend at this point, so...
Dress is Gap, from several years ago, jacket, tights, and tank are H&M (jacket is H&M Young)
The shoes are H&M also. I love them, they're so comfortable and versatile.The heart locket was a gift from my parents when I was 10 0r 11, the pearls were part of my mum's bridesmaid costume when she was younger, and the longer necklace (you can't see the pendant in this photo) is from H&M.

My mum and I went to StyleSense that day. I bought a pair of Guess high-heeled floral sandals (they're going to be so perfect this spring), and two pairs of Betsey Johnson sunglasses. Pics of my buys to be posted at a later date. I know, I'm super lazy, but I have essays to write.

Joe Fresh, So Fresh.

Some of these new Joe Fresh polishes look super sweet. They're probably really inexpensive, too. I think I'll pick some up when I finally go in to get some new blush.
This is how we roll in the suburbs, we get our clothes and make-up from the same place we get our groceries.
